Respiratory burst activity (RLUarea) was recorded with zymosan and stimulation with D. pseudospathaceum antigens (Figure 4), and proliferation (% S + G2-m) of lymphocytes and monocytes (Figure 5) was recorded from n = 446 sticklebacks (Figure 1). Data were analysed with Generalized Linear Models (GzLM) with stickleback family nested in stickleback origin (lake/river).
