HPSE1 promoted self-renewal of mouse BM-MSCs. (A) Cell numbers were evaluated by MTT assay 0, 2, 4 and 6 days after the treatment of various concentrations of OGT2115. The results revealed that OGT2115 inhibited cell proliferation of BM-MSCs at fourth passage in a dose-dependent manner (n = 3). (B) The CFUs were significantly decreased by the treatment of OGT2115 (OGT) compared to the DMSO control, while the combined treatment of both mouse recombinant HPSE1 and OGT2115 (O + H) reversed the statistical significance (n = 3).
