Suppression of ionizing radiation-induced phosphorylated-Akt (p-Akt) upregulation by anti-miR-21 in NSCLC A549 cells. The expression level of the phosphorylated or total Akt in A549 cells transfected with anti-miR-21 or anti-miR-NC for 48 h followed by ionizing radiation (8 Gy) with or without 10 ng/mL PI3K constituent activator IGF-1 was measured by Western blot.
