Effect of apigenin on the protein expression of XIAP, c-IAP1, c-IAP2 and survivin in PC-3 and DU145 cells. The cells were treated with specified dose of apigenin for 24 h and Western blotting was performed. Dose-dependent decrease in protein expression was observed in both cell lines. β-actin was used as loading control.
