Evaluation of SFI, angle of ankle, electrophysiological function, and muscle weight. Before crushing injury, these animals received basal line assessment including SFI and angle of ankle. These animals were subjected to left sciatic nerve crush injury and allowed to receive examination of SFI and angle of ankle at time points of 7, 14, 21, and 28 days. At the time point of 28 days, the animals were allowed to receive electrophysiological evaluation and muscle weight.
