In vitro cytotoxicity effect of GCV in H1299 cells transfected with CMV-fl (●), p3H (■), p3G (▲), p3R (⚪), or CMV-ttksr39 (×) constructs. Cells transfected with these constructs were incubated with various concentrations of GCV for 5 days followed by cell survival estimation using MTT.
