1 μl PA1ΔhmgA, PA1r: hmgA, PA1ΔgalU, PA1r: galU and PA1r were spotted on a LB plate alone or mixed with 2 μl 10⁸ pfu/ml PaP1, and incubated at 37°C for 24 h.
