Delay in mitosis in CRC cells by CuE via the combined effects of CDC2 and GADD45γ. Cells were treated with CuE followed by (a) Co-IP and western blotting analysis and (b) quantification of intensities by Li-COR near infrared imaging system. Delay in mitosis in CuE-treated CRC cells was caused by Cdc2–GADD45γ complex combination. Significant differences were set at a level of *P<0.05 versus the 0 μM control group
