There are no differences in systolic blood pressure (SBP) (A) or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) (B) between genotypes. Pulse pressure (PP) (C) is elevated in Fbln5−/− mice at P21 and P60. Pressures were measured by left ventricular (LV) puncture at P7 (Le et al. 2012), which cannot measure arterial PP, and insertion of a solid‐state catheter in the ascending aorta at P21 and P60. *P < 0.05 between genotypes. n = 11–21 per group.
