Effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on in vitro vasculogenesis of EPCs. EPCs were replated on top of the solidified matrix solution. Typical vascular tubes could be seen in some fields after 24-h incubation. EPCs incubated with ginsenoside Rg1 for 24-h exhibited a dose-dependent increase in the number of tubules, with a peak number at 5.0 μmol/L ginsenoside Rg1.
