Inhibition of nitrite production and iNOS protein expression by isoflurane pretreatment in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. (A) Cells were pretreated with 2% isoflurane for 1 h in the presence or absence of SnPP before being incubated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 h. Control cells were incubated with vehicle alone. The culture supernatants were subsequently isolated and analyzed for nitrite production. Data were expressed as mean±SD of six independent experiments.
