Relative expression of osteonectin on d 1, 3, 7, 14, and 21 in USSC on scaffolds and TCPS in different conditions. Normalization was done in respect to HPRT as an internal control. It is clear that osteo-scaffold subgroup has the highest level of osteonectin transcript. In addition levels of osteonectin transcripts on d 21 is generally higher than d 7. bP<0.05.
