Carbachol rescued the loss of nuclear β-catenin induced by glutamate. PC12 cells were exposed to 1 mmol/L glutamate with or without pre-treatment of 0.01 μmol/L carbachol for 24 h. (A) Corresponding to the prior treatment, total amount of β-catenin in PC12 cells was detected by Western blotting. (B) Immunofluorescence analysis showed the β-catenin (FITC, green) and nuclei (DAPI, blue). (C) The amount of β-catenin in the cytoplasm was detected by Western blotting.
