Clonogenicity loss following satraplatin induced DNA damage. Untreated- and satraplatin-treated cells were cultured in medium for two weeks and then fixed and stained with methylene blue for the clonogenicity assay. The results demonstrate that long-term satraplatin incubation leads to a loss of CRC cell clonogenicity potential.
