PC12 cells were transfected with glp-1r shRNA (1# and 2#) or its scrambled shRNA using lipofectamine reagent. After transfected 24 h, the cells were collected, RT-PCR (A) and Western blotting (B) were used to assay the change of GLP-1R mRNA and protein in PC12 cells. β-actin and GAPDH were taken as internal references respectively.
