SFRP1 restoration suppressed the Wnt pathway in the SPC-A1/DTX and A549/Taxol cell lines. (A) The expression of β-catenin, cyclin D1 and c-myc was determined by real-time PCR in SPC-A1/DTX or A549/Taxol cells (**P < 0.01). (B) The expression of p-GSK3β, β-catenin (cytoplasmic and nuclear), cyclinD-1 and c-myc in the SPC-A1/DTX or A549/Taxol cell line was detected by Western blotting.
