α-TOS inhibited p65 nuclear translocation in erbB2-expressing breast cancer cells. (A) MDA-MB-453 and MCF7 cells were lysed and the whole cell lysate was probed by immunoblotting for the levels of erbB2, Akt and p-Akt. (B) MDA-MB-453 cells were treated with α-TOS for 24 h. Cells were then fixed for p65 immunostaining. (C) Both cell lines were treated with α-TOS as indicated. As shown, nuclear and cytoplasmic fractions (60 μg protein per sample) were resolved on a 10% polyacrylamide gel and probed by immunoblotting for the expression of p65.
