The effects of nifedipine and charybdotoxin on doxorubicin-induced [Ca2+]i increases in isolated aortic vascular smooth muscle cells. (A) Pretreatment with 1 μmol/L nifedipine for 10 min suppressed the increase in [Ca2+]i induced by 100 μmol/L doxorubicin; (B) 100 nmol/L charybdotoxin (ChTX) enhanced the increase in [Ca2+]i induced by 100 μmol/L doxorubicin.
