Suppressive effect of PF on cytokine production by subsets of T cells. Purified T cells were stimulated with or without anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 in the presence or absence of PF. T cells were harvested and stained. Subpopulations of CD4⁺ T cells (a) and CD8⁺ T cells (b) were analyzed for IFN-γ, IL-2 and TNF-α expression.
