Enhanced accumulation of Dox in MCF-7/Dox cells by conferone, feselol, mogoltacin, and VPM. MCF-7/Dox (dark) and sensitive MCF-7 (light) cells were incubated with Dox (10 μM) in the presence of the indicated concentrations of feselol, mogoltacin, and conferone. Control cells were not incubated with any compound. VPM (10 μM) was used as positive control. Each experiment was performed in triplicate.
