Effects of YC extract on apoptosis of GC-1 spg cells. Cells were treated with 0 (a), 0.01 (b), 0.1 (c), and 1 (d) mg/mL YC extract for 48 h, respectively. Annexin V+/PI− population (LR in diagram) indicated early apoptosis, and annexin V+/PI+ population (UR in diagram) indicated late apoptosis.
