RT PCR splicing assay results for inclusion/exclusion levels of respective exons upon over-expression of FL-MBNL1, its deletion mutants or empty vector/Mock in (A,C,E) HEK293T and (B and D) DM1 myoblasts. At least four independent transfections were done for each construct. Relative fold change compared to Mock for inclusion/exclusion levels of respective exons is shown. Error bars denote standard deviation (SD) on the graphs. One-way ANOVA with Tukey's multiple comparison method for statistical significance was performed. Means that do not share a letter are significantly different.
