Genes are divided into four groups based on the microarray expression profile described in the text. RT-PCR measurements were made as described in the text, and data are expressed as the gene copy number in the presence of reverse transcriptase minus the gene copy number in the absence of reverse transcriptase and are normalized to 10 μg of mRNA. Each value is the average for two experiments.
