PSA modulated Th17 related genes expression. DLNs from normal mice, MOG35–55 immunized mice treated with vehicle or PSA were harvested on day 12 pi and analyzed by RT-PCR for IL-17, RORγt, and FoxP3. Numbers below each lane indicate the ratio to mRNA levels from vehicle-treated cells by semiquantitative analysis. Three independent experiments were performed with similar results.
