Dose- and time-dependent inhibitory effects of silibinin on the invasion and motility of ARCaPM cells. ARCaPM cells were treated with different concentrations of silibinin (50, 100, and 200 μmol/L) for 24, 48, and 72 h and then harvested and seeded into the upper chamber, either coated or uncoated with Matrigel. The number of cells that invaded or moved into the lower chamber represented the invasion and motility capabilities.
