Kaplan-Meyer (solid lines) and Cox survival (dashed lines) curves for the conversion (CDR=0 to CDR>0) for CSF ptau181/Aβ42 and CSF H-FABP/Aβ42. Only 7.46% of the subjects within the lowest tercile for CSF ptau-Aβ42 ratios converted after 5 years (Figure 4a), compared to 23.18% and 27.14% of the subjects in the intermediate and higher terciles. Similarly, 8.69, 10.92 and 34.78% of the subjects within the lower, intermediate and higher terciles of CSF H-FABP/Aβ42 values had converted after 5 years.
