The microphotograph shows negative staining for BiP/GRP78 in the epithelium of periapical cyst (A) and negative staining for calnexin in the epithelium of a fibroma (B). Weak counterstaining with haematoxylin was performed in all samples following immunostaining (original magnification x20).
