Fe65 selectively increases ERα transcriptional activity. A, HeLa cells were transfected with 0.1 μg EREe1bluc, 0.1 μg of pLENβgal, and indicated amounts of FLAG-ERα and HA-Fe65. Cells were treated, and ERα activity and the levels of protein expression were determined with the indicated antibodies as in Fig. 1A.
