The position of each QTL was determined in Mbp (Mega base pairs) as the highest –log10 (P-value).
R P 2 (%) is the percentage of the phenotypic variance explained by each QTL and R T 2 (%) is the percentage of the phenotypic variance explained by the full model, including all significant QTLs.
CI is the 95% confidence interval of the QTL position.
