Lymph node architecture is still partially preserved with open sinuses and intact paracortex. However, affected follicles are expanded and partially displace normal nodal elements. (C) Duodenal FL. A well circumscribed nodular accumulation of centrocytes expands in the mucosa. (D) Follicular lymphoma, Grade 1–2. Nodal architecture is replaced by the neoplastic follicular proliferation.
