A) Endothelial cell migration assays were performed in triplicate for each cell line (UACC903-V1, UACC903-G2, and UACC903-G4) and repeated 3 times. HMVECnd migration is increased by the use of conditioned media from UACC903-G4 and UACC903-G3 cells compared to medium from control cells.
