Horizontal transposon transfers (HTTs) identified in our survey of 40 fully sequenced plant genomes. The 40 species used in this study together with the color-coded families to which they belong are positioned in the monocot/dicot phylogenetic tree obtained from APG3 (http://www.mobot.org/MOBOT/research/APweb/) (see Supplemental Table 1 for details).
