Lanes 1 and 2 represent preparations from non-dystrophic wild type (WT) versus dystrophic (MDX) diaphragm muscle, respectively. Immuno-decoration was carried out with primary antibodies to laminin (B), the dystrophin-associated glycoprotein β-dystroglycan (C) and collagen (D).
