Determination of the effect of dimethylenastron on pancreatic cancer cell migration by wound healing assay. (A) PANC1 cells grown in serum-free medium were treated with 0, 3, or 10 μmol/L dimethylenastron and scratched. Culture medium containing 10% serum was added to allow for wound healing, and wound margins were imaged 24 h later. Scale bar, 50 μm. (B) Experiments were performed as in panel A, and the extent of wound closure was quantified by counting the number of migrating cells.
