Cytotoxicity of 27 μmol/L Cur, Cur-NPs, and Cur-NPs-APgp in KB-V1 cells. The cells were incubated with the compounds for 1, 6, or 24 h, after that cultured in the drug free medium for another 23, 18, and 0 h, respectively. The cytotoxicity was determined by MTT assay at the end of time point.
