Beneficiaries 65 years and older enrolled in Part D for entire twelve months of 2007 calendar year.

Enrolled as dual enrollee for entire 12 months or enrolled as non-dual enrollee for entire 12 months and had at least one medication fill (i.e., part year duals removed).

Enrolled as MAPD enrollee for entire 12 months or enrolled as PDP enrollee for entire 12 months (i.e., switchers between MAPD and PDP plans removed).

↓

Enrollees without a nursing home stay or skilled nursing facility stay during the entire 12 months.
