Mass and protein values from Table 2 were divided by the observed doubling time of the respective genotype. Doubling times were calculated as described in Materials and Methods. Values are the mean ± SEM from three or more independent experiments. Values for pakD or pakD/actin15::pakD-GFP were not significantly different from wild-type values or each other for any parameter shown (p>0.05, one-way ANOVA, Tukey's test).
