The effect of substances on human middle meningeal arteries precontracted with PGF_2α. The relaxation relative to PGF_2α induced tone in human meningeal arteries by increasing concentrations of each of the tested substances (A-F) and NaCl buffer (G). Values are given as mean ± SEM (n = 4 – 6), where PGF_2α precontraction is set to be 100%.
