Competitive repopulation assay on WT and Exo1^mut HSCs. 1*10⁶ whole bone marrow cells from 8-12 week old Exo1^mut mice (CD45.2) were mixed 1:1 with age-matched WT competitors (CD45.1) and transplanted via tail vein injection into lethally irradiated CD45.1 recipients.
