(A) WT and Exo1^mut mice were treated twice with 10 ug/g poly(i:c) separated by 48 hours. 48 hours following the second treatment the percentBRDU+SKL cells were recorded via flow cytometry of whole bone marrow. (B) WT and Exo1^mut mice were treated with poly(i:c) followed by 6.5 Gy IR. Fourteen days post treatment 3 mice from each group were sacrificed and bone marrow cellularity and CFU counts were measured. Error bars represent SEM.
