Synergistic action between FTS and curcumin in inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells. Various types of tumor cells including DU145, PC3, H7, A549, 4T1.2, and MCF7 cells were treated with various concentrations of free FTS, free curcumin, and combination of both respectively for 96 h, and the cytotoxicity was determined by MTT assay.
