Dicitrinone B induces the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). (A) After dicitrinone B (five, 10 and 20 μM) treatment for 24 h, the level of intracellular ROS using DCF fluorescence was detected by flow cytometry, with 5-Fu (100, 200 and 400 μM) as a positive control.
