The panels show the distribution of log(CPD) after correcting for age and sex, plotted against the relative parameter values for the 3 functional parameters that produced a significant association. The dashed red line is the estimated linear relationship. Horizontal lines mark the mean CPD residuals of carriers of each variant. Linear regression was performed in R. Singleton variants were included by weighting them by the parameter of the non-singleton variant (or wild-type) with the closest parameter estimate (see Results and Tables 2 and 3).
