The results generated display the Z-scores which indicate the overall model quality and energy plots which indicate the local model quality. PROSA-web Z-scores of all protein chains in PDB are determined by X-ray crystallography (light blue) and NMR spectroscopy (dark blue) with respect to their length. The Z-score of protein models were present in the range represented by the large black dot.
