Rotarod scores and weights across lifespan for SOD1G93A and wild-type (WT) mice. There was a gradual deterioration in motor score over time in SOD1G93A, but not in WT mice (A), with a significant reduction from baseline in motor behavior at 100 and 120 days. Weights show a stereotypical pattern (B), with WT mice increasing in body weight in a linear manner, but the SOD1G93A group becoming significantly lighter at 100 and 120 days. **P<0.01; ***P<0.001.
