Effects of dioscin on ALP activity in MC3T3-E1 cells and MG-63 cells. MC3T3-E1 cells (A) and MG-63 cells (B) were treated with vehicle, dioscin (0.25 μg/ml, 0.5 μg/ml and 1.0 μg/ml) or lovastatin (0.04 μM) for 72 h. The lysates were used for analysis of ALP activity.
