Linearity (A, C) and reproducibility (B, D) of decolorization assays with 50 μM Methyl Orange (20 h) and 200 μM Remazol Brilliant Blue (5 h), using crude extracts of S. cerevisiae microcultures expressing 3A4 HRPL (triangles) or R2 LRPL (squares). Reproducibility was tested with replicates of the same clone expressing 3A4 HRPL. The activities are plotted against the clones in descending order.
