Individual colonies from the fourth round of biopanning were evaluated in 96-well ELISA plates coated with 0.1 µg/well of MAb or BSA (negative control). Freshly prepared phages were incubated for 1 h against chimeric anti-CD22 MAb (A) or murine anti-CD22 MAb (B). Bound phages were detected with HRP-conjugated anti-M13 as described in Methods. Data shown are means ± SEM of duplicates. The asterisk (*) denotes phage clones that were selected for further evaluation.
