Acute prophylactic BBG treatment alleviates NTG-induced thermal hypersensitivity in wild-type mice. Mice were treated with 50 mg/kg BBG i.p. or an identical volume of saline 30 min before NTG treatment. PWT is expressed in % of baseline.
