| T3 | Invasion into subserosa or fats around colon |
| T4 | Invasion into serosa and adjacent structure |
| N0 | Not any invasion into the nodes |
| N1 | 1 to 3 nodes around the colon are positives |
| N2 | 4 nodes or more around the colon are positives |
| N3 | Any node as long as a blood vessel is positive |
| M0 | Not present any metastases |
